Plan your stay
We have gathered all practical details for your stay in one place, so you know exactly what to expect before you travel.
If something you need is not covered below, a phone call is almost always the fastest way to settle it. We would rather tell you plainly what is and is not possible before you travel than have you discover it at the door.
Arrival hours at a glance
Check-in11:30 AM to 9:00 PM, with earlier or later arrivals arranged by phone where possible.
Check-out6:30 AM to 11:00 AM, early enough for a morning flight or a first meeting in the city.
ParkingFree and on site, with no reservation needed for your space.

Timing your arrival
Check-in runs from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM and check-out is between 6:30 AM and 11:00 AM, which covers early flights out of Frankfurt as well as unhurried mornings over breakfast.
Please tell us your estimated arrival time in advance. Guests who want to check in before 11:30 AM or after 9:00 PM should contact the hotel beforehand, ideally by phone, so we can confirm whether it works on the day instead of leaving it to chance.
Travelling with children
Children of all ages are welcome and there is no age restriction for check-in. Children aged three and above are charged as adults, so please include all members of your party when booking.
Cribs and extra beds are not available, which means the beds listed for each room type are the full sleeping arrangement. Family rooms are available and are the practical choice when travelling with children who should stay in the same room.
Animals in the house
Pets are not allowed at the hotel. We mention it early rather than at the door, because arriving with an animal and having to find an alternative is the worst possible start to a trip.
Leaving the car
Free private parking is available on site and reservation is not required, so you do not need to plan around it or budget for it. A parking garage is also available on site.
For guests spending the day in Frankfurt, leaving the car here and taking the train from Dreieich-Sprendlingen station usually works out faster and calmer than driving into the city and looking for a space.
Working from your room
Free Wi-Fi covers the whole hotel, in the rooms as well as the common areas. Every room has a desk and a socket within reach, which makes an evening of email or a morning call from the room straightforward rather than an exercise in improvisation.
Things to do nearby
Cycling and hiking are the easiest options straight from the door, with routes running out towards Hainer Wald and the woodland paths around Dreieich. Both work equally well as a morning run or a long afternoon.
Mini golf is available at an additional charge, and there is a golf course roughly 6 km away, also at an additional charge. A tennis court is available off-site at an additional charge, so it is worth calling ahead if you plan to play.
What reception can arrange
Baggage storage is available for the gap between check-out and a late train, and daily housekeeping keeps the room in order through longer stays. Express check-in and check-out help when a schedule is tight, and an invoice is provided for guests travelling on business.
Reception also handles a tour desk, currency exchange, and fax and photocopying. Meeting and banquet facilities are available at an additional charge, which suits small working groups more than large events.
Stairs and ground-floor rooms
The upper floors are reached by stairs only, as the building has no lift. Some units are located on the ground floor, so please mention it when booking if stairs are difficult for you and we will do what we can for your dates.
How you can pay
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, EC-Card and cash, making both card and cash payments straightforward on arrival or departure.
Ready when your plans are
With the practical details settled, all that is left is the dates. Check availability and tell us anything we should prepare before you arrive.
