Breakfast at Hotel Henry
A continental buffet breakfast is provided each morning and served in the hotel’s own dining space rather than squeezed into a corner of the entrance hall. It is a real part of the stay here, and the room fills gradually as guests come down ahead of trains, flights and meetings.
Because the house is small, mornings never feel like a queue. There is time to sit, eat properly and check the day’s plans before leaving, which is often the difference between arriving somewhere calm and arriving somewhere hungry.

A traditional morning spread
The buffet follows the familiar European style: help yourself, take your time and put together the kind of plate you actually want in the morning. There is bread and rolls, cold cuts and cheese, jam and honey, cereals and fruit, along with coffee, tea and juice to drink.
Guests who stay several nights tend to settle into their own routine within a day or two, and we notice it: the same table, the same coffee, breakfast finished ten minutes before the train. An on-site coffee house is part of the hotel’s facilities, which keeps something warm within reach without leaving the building.

Dining in the neighbourhood
Various German and international restaurants sit within roughly a five-minute walk of the hotel, so an evening meal does not require a car or a trip into the city. That short radius covers a lot: a plate of something local, a quick bowl of pasta, or takeaway carried back to the room after a long drive.
Hotel Henry does not run a full-service restaurant of its own, and we would rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise. Reception is glad to point you towards whatever suits the evening and the hour, including the places that stay open later than the rest.
Start the day the easy way
Breakfast is waiting downstairs each morning of your stay. Check your dates and we will have a table and a room ready.
