We are a small house, so reaching an actual person is usually quick and you will not be handed from one department to another. The people who answer the phone are the people who will be here when you arrive.
Call or email with anything you want settled before you travel: which room suits your group, whether your arrival time works, how long you can leave the car outside, or what is within walking distance for dinner on the evening you get in.
Reception answers through the day. For questions that need a written record, email is the better route.

The hotel sits on a residential street a few hundred metres from Dreieich-Sprendlingen station, with its own parking area directly in front of the building.

Best for anything time-sensitive, such as a late arrival, a change of plan on the road, or a question about which room fits the people travelling with you.
Useful when you need something in writing, for instance an invoice for a business stay or a written confirmation of an arrangement made on the phone.
Arriving outside the usual hours
If you have particular arrival requirements, or expect to check in outside the standard arrangements, please contact us in advance. Guests arriving before 11:30 AM or after 9:00 PM should call ahead so we can confirm whether it works on the day, rather than assuming it will.

Availability and rooms for your dates are shown on the booking page. Anything beyond that, from arrival times to quiet requests, is best handled by phone or email.
